北京航空航天大学中法航空学院（ZFAI）成立于2023年，是由法国国立民航大学（ENAC）与北京航空航天大学合作建立的中外合作办学机构。学院位于浙江省杭州市，坐落在新开设的北航杭州国际校园内。该中法合作办学机构旨在支持中国民用航空的快速发展，助力其实现更加安全、高效和可持续的目标。中法航空学院开设以下课程：法国工程师职衔认证的工程师课程、国际双硕士课程（北航—ENAC双学位），以及航空管理高级硕士课程等。学院现根据工作需要，公开招聘外籍教学系列教师，岗位要求如下：

一、招聘岗位

（一）岗位名称：数学讲师

岗位职责：

1.以法语为授课语言，承担预科阶段三个年级的课堂教学与习题辅导工作；

2.参与教学资料的修订与编写，包括讲义、练习册、考试试卷等，并负责考试阅卷及成绩评定工作；

3.在数学团队负责人的统筹安排下开展工作，接受其工作分配，每周完成12学时的面对面教学任务。该岗位需全职在学院办公，为学生提供线下学业指导与交流；

4.与预科阶段其他教学团队（包括科学课程团队、法语教学团队）以及北航杭州国际校园内各相关单位保持协作，开展跨学科及国际化教学相关活动。

（二）岗位名称：物理讲师

岗位职责：

1.以法语为授课语言，承担预科阶段第二、第三年级的课堂教学与习题辅导以及实验室实践指导工作；

2.参与教学资料的修订与编写，包括讲义、练习册、考试试卷等，并负责考试阅卷及成绩评定工作；

3.在物理团队负责人的统筹安排下开展工作，接受其工作分配，每周完成12学时的面对面教学任务，并承担所有相关教学工作（包括课程准备、学生辅导、考试命题与阅卷等）。该岗位需全职在学院办公，为学生提供线下学业指导与交流；

4.与预科阶段其他教学团队（包括科学课程团队、法语教学团队）以及北航杭州国际校园内各相关单位保持协作，开展跨学科及国际化教学相关活动。

（三）岗位名称：工业科学讲师

岗位职责：

1.以法语为授课语言，主要承担预科阶段第三年级的课堂教学与习题辅导以及实验室实践指导工作；

2.参与教学资料的修订与编写，包括讲义、练习册、考试试卷等，并负责考试阅卷及成绩评定工作；

3.在工业科学团队负责人的统筹安排下开展教学工作，接受其工作分配，每周完成12学时的面对面教学任务。该岗位需全职在学院办公，为学生提供线下学业指导与交流；

4.与预科阶段其他教学团队（包括科学课程团队、法语教学团队）以及北航杭州国际校园内各相关单位保持协作，开展跨学科及国际化教学相关活动。

二、岗位要求

1.法国高等教师资格持有者（agrégé），能够运用法语进行专业授课，具有博士学位者优先；

2.具有至少两年相关领域的教学经验（曾担任过讲师或助教）；

3.具有开放的心态，具备团队合作精神，并愿意与其他教学团队协作。

三、薪酬福利

1.录用教师将依照中国当地劳动法规签订劳动合同；

Zhongfa Aviation Institute of Beihang University (ZFAI) is a sino-french institute established in 2023 through a partnership between the École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile (ENAC), a French engineering school specialized in the air transport sector, and Beihang University, one of China’s most prestigious universities. The ZFAI institute is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, on a brand-new Beihang University campus opened in 2023. This cooperation project between France and China aims to support the rapid development of Chinese civil aviation, with a view to making it even safer, more efficient and more sustainable.

ZFAI institute offers the following programs: primarily, an engineering degree program leading to a qualification recognized by the French Commission des Titres d’Ingénieurs (CTI); secondly, International Master’s programs (Beihang–ENAC double degrees); and more executive-education oriented Advanced Masters programs.

Based on the needs of the work, we are currently conducting an open recruitment for foreign teachers in the teaching series. The specific requirements for the positions are as follows:

I. Job Positions

Position 1: Mathematics lecturer

Job description：

1. The lecturer will deliver his teaching in French. He will be able to teach in all the three years of the preparatory cycle, in both lectures and tutorials;

2. He will contribute to the revision and production of teaching materials (handouts, tutorial worksheets and exam papers) as well as to the marking of exams;

3. His/her workload will be defined by the mathematics team coordinator, under whose supervision he/she will work within the team, and will correspond to 12 hours of teaching face to face to the students per week. His/her full-time presence at the institute will enable him/her to meet with students in his/her office;

4. His/her role will involve a variety of activities, with an interdisciplinary and international focus. He/she will be required to interact with other teams in the preparatory cycle, in science and in F.L.E. (French as a Foreign Language) in ZFAI Institute and in the whole campus of Beihang in Hangzhou.

Position 2: Physics lecturer

Job description :

1. The lecturer will deliver his teaching in French. He will be able to teach in the second and third year of the preparatory cycle, in lectures, tutorials and/or practical labs;

2. He will contribute to the revision and production of teaching materials (handouts, tutorial worksheets and exam papers) as well as to the marking of exams;

3. His/her workload will be defined by the physics team coordinator, under whose supervision he/she will work within the team, and will correspond to 12 hours of teaching face to face to the students per week together with all the related pedagogical tasks (preparation of the courses, following of the students, preparation and correction of exams, …) . His/her full-time presence at the institute will enable him/her to meet with students in his/her office;

4. His/her role will involve a variety of activities, with an interdisciplinary and international focus. He/she will be required to interact with other teams in the preparatory cycle, in science and in F.L.E. (French as a Foreign Language) in ZFAI Institute and in the whole campus of Beihang in Hangzhou.

Position 3: Industrial Sciences lecturer

Job description :

1. The lecturer will deliver his teaching in French. He will be able to teach essentially during the 3rd year of the preparatory cycle, in lectures, tutorials and/or practical labs;

2. He will contribute to the revision and production of teaching materials (handouts, tutorial worksheets and exam papers) as well as to the marking of exams;

3. His/her workload will be defined by the industrial sciences team coordinator and will correspond to 12 hours of teaching face to face to the students per week. His/her full-time presence at the institute will enable him/her to meet with students in his/her office;

4. His/her role will involve a variety of activities, with an interdisciplinary and international focus. He/she will be required to interact with other teams in the preparatory cycle, in science and in F.L.E. (French as a Foreign Language) in ZFAI Institute and in the whole campus of Beihang in Hangzhou.

II. Requirements

1. Agrégé professor is required, and also be able to teach in French, a PhD is preferred;

2. Have at least two years’ teaching experience in the related field(as a lecturer or teaching assistant);

3. Open-minded, and be able to work in a team and willing to collaborate with other teams.

III. Compensation and Benefits

1. The lecturer will be employed under a local Chinese employment contract;

2. The college will offer competitive salaries and benefits to newly hired teachers within the salary system of Hangzhou International Innovation Institute of Beihang University.
